Proviso

Proviso is a 5-star Decel Binder Supporter operator in the mobile game Arknights. She hails from Kazimierz and was once a lawyer skilled in commercial law, boasting an undefeated record in defense. Proviso's kit includes regular attacks that slow down enemies, as well as two active skills: a charge-based skill that deals damage and extends the slow effect, and another skill that damages, slows, and silences all enemies within range. Her talent increases her own attack speed and provides an attack speed buff to a random Kazimierz ally. Proviso's module boosts her SP recovery rate when enemies are within her attack range. She also excels in base skills, effectively improving the efficiency of Trading Posts, particularly when handling metal orders. Her background story is captivating, revealing how she became disillusioned with the law being manipulated by capital, leading her to abandon her law career and join Rhodes Island in hopes of doing good. Overall, Proviso is a well-rounded operator combining utility, story, and base skill capabilities.
