Harmonie

Harmonie, codenamed Harmonie, is a 5-star Mystic Caster operator in the game Arknights. She hails from Victoria and is of the Feline race. Harmonie was formerly an intelligence officer for the Victorian military and later became a high-ranking officer in the Deepcolor faction. She is currently stationed at Rhodes Island as a diplomatic envoy for the Duke of Wellington, assisting Rhodes Island with affairs in Victoria. She has an elusive personality and her words are often unreliable, making her difficult to trust. Her skills primarily revolve around slowing down enemies and dealing extra damage to blocked enemies. Her first skill drastically reduces attack interval and deals sustained damage, while her second skill creates a water area within her attack range that slows enemies and deals continuous Arts damage, while focusing her attacks only on blocked enemies. Harmonie's unique ability lies in her use of water to control the battlefield and her bonus damage to blocked enemies, making her a strategically demanding operator.
