Executor the Ex Foedere

Executor the Ex Foedere, also known as Saint Executor, is an operator in the game Arknights. He is a professional executor of the Laterano Notarial Hall, responsible for enforcing the rights of Laterano citizens and holds the title of "Saint", personally granted by Pope Yvangelista XI of Laterano. At Rhodes Island, he continues to fulfill his contract, carrying out tasks related to Laterano citizen rights. His appearance and equipment are carefully designed, with impact and puncture protection, and even a certain degree of anti-riot capabilities. He wields dual shotguns, adopting a more aggressive combat style and diverse attack methods. Additionally, he possesses a mechanical flying object personally delivered by the Pope, whose functions even he himself knows little about. Executor's recent behavior has undergone some changes, as he has started asking questions of other operators and attempting to incorporate more factors into his decision-making. Although he may sometimes reach strange conclusions, he usually acknowledges that Rhodes Island operators’ methods are more reasonable and effective. His Blood Originium-Crystal Density has risen slightly, causing concern among the medical department, but no other anomalies have been found in his physical exams so far. Executor's parents were also executors of the Notarial Hall, who died during a mission. He also has a complex background relationship with a relative named Arturia. His title "foedere" means "covenant" in Latin. As a 6-star Reaper Guard operator, he specializes in DPS, with unique area-of-effect attacks and self-healing.
