Valarqvin

Valarqvin, also known as Rinshi, is a 5-star Ritualist Supporter Operator in the mobile game Arknights. She is a member of the Sarkaz Cyclops race, originating from the Wintertooth tribe in the Sami region. Valarqvin possesses the ability to foresee future events, though she often sees tragic outcomes. She proactively seeks cooperation with Rhodes Island to address threats in Sami and the icefields. She specializes in using Originium Arts for elemental damage and can inflict continuous damage through necrosis. Her trait is that her attacks deal Arts damage and can deal elemental damage. She is obtainable as a welfare Operator through the Expeditioner's Joklumarkar event. Valarqvin has collaborated with Columbian expedition teams and exchanged knowledge about Collapsals with Yan's tianshi. Despite her foresight, she remains silent about her own future and past. She saved a Sarkaz girl named Typhon, who was severely injured by the Andskotarnir, and partially altered her destiny, moving away from the traditional Cyclops path. She is cautious of the power of language but acknowledges the significance of recording history.
