Iana

Nienke Meijer, codenamed "Iana" or "Dual Moon", is a 5-star operator in Arknights, affiliated with Team Rainbow and a collaborator with Rhodes Island. She was a witness to the Krysztauowa incident. During combat assessments, Iana demonstrated remarkable tactical proficiency and a keen sensitivity to battlefield intelligence. Despite some gaps in her resume, she is generally considered an experienced intelligence operative. Iana possesses a unique "Dollkeeper" trait, which prevents her from retreating upon receiving lethal damage; instead, she switches to a substitute with 0 block, and returns to her original form after a period. When deployed, she releases a hologram, which doesn't attack but inflicts fragility and removes stealth from attackers, then immediately switches to her substitute form. Her skills include 'Phantom Mine', dealing physical damage to enemies attacking the hologram and nearby, and 'Omniscient Tactics,' which removes stealth, increases attack speed, and grants herself stealth.
