Foxy

Foxy is a major character in the *Five Nights at Freddy's* franchise. He is an anthropomorphic pirate fox and one of the four original animatronic characters at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. In the games, Foxy typically resides in Pirate Cove, which is marked as "out of order." Foxy's appearance is dilapidated, with tears in his suit that reveal the metal endoskeleton underneath, an eyepatch, and a hook. He is known for sprinting down the hall to attack the player in the security office. Despite his frightening appearance, Foxy is a fan favorite and appears in many of the games in the series, including different variations like Withered Foxy in *Five Nights at Freddy's 2* and a more aggressive version in *Five Nights at Freddy's AR: Special Delivery*. The *Five Nights at Freddy's* film adaptation was released in 2023, and Foxy plays a significant antagonist role. The series was also released in Japan as "ファイブ・ナイツ・アット・フレディーズ."
