Balloon Boy

Balloon Boy, often abbreviated as BB, is a recurring antagonist in the Five Nights at Freddy's series, first appearing in Five Nights at Freddy's 2. He originally serves as the balloon vendor at the refurbished Freddy Fazbear's Pizza in 1987. He is a human-like toy animatronic with a round body, peach-colored skin, large blue eyes, an orange triangular nose, red-brown hair, and a toothy grin. He wears a red and blue vertically striped shirt with two black buttons, a matching propeller cap, blue pants, and brown shoes. He holds a red-and-yellow striped balloon in his right hand and a sign that reads "Balloons!" in his left hand. In the game, BB doesn't directly attack the player but instead causes annoyance by entering the Left Air Vent and disabling the Flashlight and Air Vent Lights, all while playing a loop of his irritating laughter. This makes the player more vulnerable to other animatronics. To prevent BB from fully entering the office, the player must put on the Freddy Mask while BB is still in the Left Air Vent and wait for the sound cue that he has exited. Balloon Boy appears in various forms in other Five Nights at Freddy's games, including Phantom Balloon Boy, Nightmare Balloon Boy, and Shadow Balloon Boy, and as a playable character in FNaF World. Furthermore, he appears as a lightweight racer in Five Laps at Freddy's.
