The Puppet

The Puppet, also known as The Marionette, is a major antagonist in the Five Nights at Freddy's (FNaF) series. It first appears in Five Nights at Freddy's 2 and plays a significant role in multiple games in the series. The Puppet is a tall, slender, humanoid puppet, mostly black and white with red cheeks, red lips, and purple stripes extending from its eyes to its mouth. In the games, it's typically found in the Prize Corner, where players must wind a music box to keep it calm; otherwise, it will attack. The Puppet's backstory reveals that it is possessed by the spirit of a young girl named Charlotte Emily. Throughout the FNaF narrative, The Puppet is not just a villain, but also shows a willingness to protect the souls of other murdered children. The Puppet also appears in forms like the Phantom Puppet and Nightmarionne, each exhibiting different powers and traits.
