Nightmare Freddy

Nightmare Freddy is a major antagonist in the Five Nights at Freddy's series, first appearing in Five Nights at Freddy's 4. He is a nightmarish variant of Freddy Fazbear, characterized by his extensively tattered and macabre appearance. Nightmare Freddy's body is riddled with tears and holes, exposing his endoskeleton, and he sports sharp teeth and claws, with menacing yellow eyes. Wires and torn fabric are visible on his head and body, contributing to his terrifying design. He is often accompanied by three smaller versions of himself called Freddles, which crawl onto the player's bed. In gameplay, Nightmare Freddy usually hides under the bed, attacking only when the Freddles have gathered in sufficient numbers. In Ultimate Custom Night, Nightmare Freddy behaves similarly to his appearance in Five Nights at Freddy's 4, taunting the player with a low, monotonous, robotic voice. He also appears as a secondary antagonist in the third story of Tales from the Pizzaplex #8 B7-2, Dittophobia. Nightmare Freddy is designed to create an extremely frightening atmosphere, and he is one of the most terrifying enemies in the Five Nights at Freddy's series.
