Nightmare Bonnie

Nightmare Bonnie is a major antagonist in the Five Nights at Freddy's franchise, first appearing in Five Nights at Freddy's 4. He is the nightmarish form of Bonnie, a bluish-purple, severely damaged animatronic rabbit. His features are exaggerated and distorted, with sharp teeth, a large jaw, and claws. His body has numerous tears, exposing the metal endoskeleton. Nightmare Bonnie has a large rip across his chest, almost completely revealing his endoskeleton. Unlike the original Bonnie, Nightmare Bonnie is more squared and flat in shape, and taller. His arms and legs have multiple rips, and his hands are designed like Springtrap's. His head appears split into two parts, giving him a gaping jaw with two rows of sharp teeth. His ears are bent and torn. His eyes are similar to Springtrap's but with purple irises. He also sports wiry whiskers like a real rabbit. In Five Nights at Freddy's 4, he usually attacks from the left hall, requiring players to listen for his breathing. He also appears in Ultimate Custom Night and Five Nights at Freddy's VR: Help Wanted. In the story Dittophobia, it's revealed that Nightmare Bonnie is actually a costume on a metallic skeleton, with hallucinogenic gas creating the illusion.
