Nightmare Fredbear

Nightmare Fredbear is the main antagonist in the horror game *Five Nights at Freddy's 4*, and a major antagonist in *Ultimate Custom Night* and *Five Nights at Freddy's VR: Help Wanted*. He is a nightmarish version of Fredbear, a large, tattered golden animatronic bear with a purple hat and bowtie. He possesses sharp teeth, claws, and a second mouth on his chest. In *Five Nights at Freddy's 4*, he replaces the other nightmare animatronics, becoming the player's primary threat. In *Ultimate Custom Night*, he is invisible to cameras, and players must rely on his laughter and red eyes appearing at the left door to determine his location. Nightmare Fredbear's appearance is connected to the 'Bite of '83', where the Fredbear animatronic bit Michael Afton's younger brother. His character embodies the child's nightmares and their fear of Fredbear.
