Lawrence Sims is a prominent supporting character in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, and a playable Operator in Call of Duty: Warzone. He is a technological genius with special forces training, who joined MACV-SOG in 1967, serving on Russell Adler's team in Vietnam. Sims is known for his steady hand and sense of humor under pressure. In Black Ops Cold War, he mainly provides equipment and technical support for Adler's team. In the story, he was a CIA agent, later leaving due to ethical concerns and returning to the army, serving as a Captain in the Gulf War. In Black Ops 6, he collaborates with Adler again to hunt down a Russian scientist. Sims also appears in Call of Duty: Mobile. He is voiced by Reggie Watkins. Players can unlock him by destroying 10 enemy vehicles or Scorestreaks in multiplayer.
