Rodolfo Parra

Rodolfo Parra is a character in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, serving as the second-in-command, with the rank of Sergeant Major, of the Mexican Special Forces unit known as Los Vaqueros (The Cowboys), directly under Colonel Alejandro Vargas. He and Alejandro are long-time friends and comrades, having grown up together in Las Almas, Mexico. Rodolfo is known for his loyalty, skill, and close relationship with Alejandro. In the game, he fights alongside Alejandro on numerous occasions, including the pursuit of terrorist Hassan Zyani and battles against corrupt Mexican Army units and Shadow Company. Rodolfo displays resilience and determination throughout missions, particularly after being attacked by Hassan, where he tries to steer Alejandro back to the mission rather than focusing on rescuing him. He also participates in the operation to rescue Alejandro and reclaim Los Vaqueros' base, ultimately helping to defeat Commander Graves. Rodolfo is also popular within the fanbase, with his relationship with Alejandro being widely speculated and interpreted by fans, even portrayed as (secretly) married in fan creations. The character of Rodolfo is portrayed by actor Bayardo De Murguia in the game, who has expressed his honor in playing the role and excitement in bringing Los Vaqueros to life.
