Dorothea

Dorothea Arnault is a playable character in the video game *Fire Emblem: Three Houses*. She is a commoner and the only non-noble among the Black Eagles house. Dorothea had a difficult childhood, being a street urchin who used to sing for money before becoming a renowned songstress known as the "Mystical Songstress" at the Mittelfrank Opera Company. She harbors mixed feelings towards nobility, longing for a comfortable life yet also resenting them for their past treatment. In the game, she is a proficient mage specializing in thunder magic and possesses a unique personal skill, "Songstress," that heals adjacent allies. Dorothea is also featured in *Fire Emblem Heroes* and *Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes*. She is a confident performer, yet also has an underlying fear of returning to her past hardships. She shows great concern for the common folk and their struggles.
