Caspar von Bergliez is a playable character in Fire Emblem: Three Houses. He is a noble from the Adrestian Empire, the second son of Count Bergliez. In the game, Caspar is a student at the Officers Academy, belonging to the Black Eagles house. He has an impulsive personality, is enthusiastic about fighting, and possesses a strong sense of justice. Despite being a noble, he is not concerned with his family's status and prefers to earn recognition through his own strength. Caspar is proficient in close combat, particularly with axes and gauntlets. His personal skill lowers the avoid of nearby enemies. Caspar is known for his lower speed and average stats in the early game, requiring more player training to unlock his potential. Nevertheless, he can become a powerful warrior when developed. In the storyline, if Caspar is not recruited by other houses, he continues to serve the Empire and plays an important role in the war. His storyline also reveals the complex relationship he has with his father and his family.
