Church of Seiros

The Church of Seiros (セイロス聖教会) is a major religious organization in Fire Emblem: Three Houses, headquartered at Garreg Mach Monastery in central Fódlan, which also serves as the location of the Officers Academy. It is a neutral power that maintains peace by balancing the three nations on the continent. The Church of Seiros is the greatest religious force in Fódlan, with branches across the continent. Its military arm, the Knights of Seiros, are tasked with suppressing bandits and providing military support, acting independently of any nation's will and only answering to the Archbishop. Founded by Saint Seiros, considered the revealer of the goddess, the church's teachings center around goddess worship while concealing much of the truth about Fódlan's history. The game's events revolve around the conflicts between the church, Archbishop Rhea, and various other factions. The Officers Academy is an important place for training future leaders and serves as a central stage for the story. Players take on the role of a teacher who experiences various events with the students and ultimately influences the fate of Fódlan. The church's history, faith, power, and its position in Fódlan are crucial to the game's plot.
