Acacia leaves are a natural block in Minecraft, typically found on acacia trees in the savanna biome. Players cannot craft acacia leaves; they must be obtained by shearing them from the tree. Acacia leaves can be waterlogged, even as a full block. If not connected directly or indirectly to a log or wood block, leaves will decay naturally over time, except for those placed by players. When broken, leaves have a chance of dropping saplings, sticks, or apples. Using a tool with Silk Touch allows for the collection of the whole leaf block. The color of acacia leaves varies depending on the biome, showing a blue-green hue in colder biomes. Leaves have multiple uses in the game, such as composting, decoration, and as a medium for redstone signals. Additionally, beehives can spawn when leaves are adjacent to specific flowers. In-game commands can be used to obtain acacia leaves.
