Block of Raw Iron

Original Title:Block of Raw Iron

Languages:

  • Chinese: 粗铁块
  • English: Block of Raw Iron
In Minecraft, a Block of Raw Iron is a new type of block introduced in the Caves & Cliffs Update: Part I. It is made up of nine pieces of Raw Iron and can be used to save inventory space, and then be crafted back into Raw Iron later. Blocks of Raw Iron cannot be smelted directly into Iron Ingots; they must first be disassembled into nine Raw Iron. The block has a hardness of 5 and requires a stone pickaxe or better to mine. They can be found rarely in huge ore veins below Y=0. Players can craft a Block of Raw Iron by placing nine Raw Iron in a 3x3 pattern on a crafting table, or by using the command /give @s minecraft:raw_iron_block. Blocks of Raw Iron are a convenient way to store Raw Iron, with one block being equivalent to nine Raw Iron. While they cannot be smelted directly, their flexible combination and separation design is very practical for resource management in Minecraft.
