Brain Coral

In Minecraft, brain coral is a biome-specific decorative plant that cannot be crafted. It can only be found in coral reefs within warm ocean biomes. It's a pink coral that, when broken by the player, drops a small coral item. Brain coral is a non-solid block, meaning it does not impede player movement. To keep the brain coral 'alive', it must be placed next to or under water. If placed out of water, it will turn into a dead, gray version after a few seconds. Players can mine living brain coral using a tool enchanted with Silk Touch, or mine dead brain coral with any tool. Brain coral's primary use is decoration, and it can also be placed under note blocks to produce a bass drum sound. Brain coral has several different forms including coral plants, coral blocks, and coral fans, all of which can be used for decoration and building in-game, with both living and dead states. Brain coral can also be obtained using commands for creative building.
