  • English: Cherry Slab
The Cherry Slab is a half-height building block in Minecraft, introduced in the 1.20 'Trails & Tales' update. It is a variant of cherry planks, crafted by placing three cherry planks horizontally in a crafting table, yielding six cherry slabs each time. Similar to other slabs, cherry slabs can be placed on the top or bottom half of a block, and do not block light, making them suitable for decoration and building. In creative mode, they can be obtained from the creative inventory or using the command `/give @s minecraft:cherry_slab 6`. Additionally, cherry slabs can be obtained through a stonecutter. Like other wooden slabs, they can be used as fuel in furnaces, smelting 0.75 items per slab in Java Edition and 1.5 items per slab in Bedrock Edition. Cherry slabs cannot be placed vertically, and double slabs can be obtained by placing matching upper and lower slabs.
