Chorus Plant

Original Title:Chorus Plant

Languages:

  • Chinese: 紫颂植株
  • English: Chorus Plant
In Minecraft, Chorus Plants are a unique type of plant that primarily grows on the outer islands of the End. They appear as tall, coral-like structures and are the main source of Chorus Fruit and Chorus Flowers. Chorus Flowers can be planted on End Stone and will grow into new Chorus Plants. Chorus Plants consist of Chorus Plant blocks and Chorus Flowers, reaching heights of 5 to 22 blocks. Mature Chorus Plants produce Chorus Flowers at their tips, which players should harvest first to avoid losing them when breaking the plant. Breaking the bottom block of a Chorus Plant yields 0-1 Chorus Fruit, and all blocks and flowers above it will also be destroyed. Chorus Fruit can be eaten to restore hunger and possibly teleport the player randomly. They can also be smelted in a furnace to create Purpur Blocks and End Rods. Chorus Plants do not require specific light levels for growth, but bone meal cannot speed up their growth. Their growth pattern is complex, potentially branching horizontally to form multiple flowers, and their varying heights allow for different harvesting methods, including manual, semi-automatic, and AFK harvesting. Due to their unique characteristics and multiple uses, Chorus Plants are an important resource in Minecraft.
