The cornflower is a bright blue flower in Minecraft, added in the 2019 Village & Pillage update. They naturally generate in plains, sunflower plains, flower forest, and meadow biomes. Players can collect cornflowers by breaking them with their hand or any tool. They can also be generated by applying bone meal to grass blocks. Aside from being decorative, cornflowers can be crafted into blue dye, used for dyeing wool, leather armor, and other items. Additionally, cornflowers can be added to suspicious stew, providing a temporary jump boost effect. They can also be placed in flower pots for decoration and are used by bees for pollination. In Survival mode, players find cornflowers in naturally generated biomes, while in Creative mode, they can be accessed directly from the inventory. Cornflowers cannot be crafted; they need to be discovered and gathered in the game. In some versions, cornflowers can be obtained using commands. They are not only a beautiful plant in Minecraft but also a useful resource.
