Granite Stairs

Granite stairs are a type of building block in Minecraft, a variant of the regular stairs made from granite. Granite stairs are used to change the elevation of the terrain without jumping, and walking up stairs is faster than jumping. Players can craft 4 granite stairs using 6 granite blocks at a crafting table. The granite blocks must be placed in a specific pattern: one in the first row, two in the second row (one in the first column and one in the second), and three in the third row. Granite stairs can be mined with any pickaxe; without one, they will not drop any items. In Creative mode, they can be found directly in the inventory. Players can also use commands to obtain granite stairs. Like other stair blocks, granite stairs can be placed in different orientations and will connect with adjacent stairs to form different shapes. Granite stairs can also be placed under note blocks to produce a bass drum sound.
