Gravel
In Minecraft, gravel is a gravity-affected block that falls when unsupported. It's found in the Overworld and the Nether, commonly in rivers, shallow oceans, water pools, and windswept gravelly hills biomes. Gravel also appears underwater on the bottom of deep rivers and oceans, as well as in stony shores. It's a primary source of flint, which has a chance to drop when the gravel is broken. While any tool can break gravel, a shovel is the fastest. Gravel has a unique characteristic where it can fall onto players or mobs, potentially causing suffocation. Additionally, it can be used to create traps or to fill water and lava lakes. Variations in generation and properties can occur between different game versions. There is also a variant called "Suspicious Gravel" which can be found in certain structures and brushed for loot.
