Infested Mossy Stone Bricks

In Minecraft, Infested Mossy Stone Bricks are a special type of block that appear identical to regular Mossy Stone Bricks but harbor a Silverfish inside. When a player breaks it without using a Silk Touch tool, a Silverfish spawns and attacks the player. This block cannot be crafted and is only available in the Creative Mode inventory. In earlier Java editions, it was referred to as a Mossy Stone Brick Monster Egg or a Silverfish Mossy Stone Brick. Infested Mossy Stone Bricks are primarily found in structures like strongholds and igloo basements. Their key characteristic is the spawning of a Silverfish upon breaking, and they also break slightly faster than regular mossy stone bricks. If mined with a Silk Touch tool, they yield a regular Mossy Stone Brick without triggering a Silverfish. Other infested blocks also exist, including infested stone, cobblestone, and deepslate.
