The Mangrove Button is a wooden button variant in Minecraft, specifically made from Mangrove wood. Like all wooden buttons, it produces a temporary redstone signal when pressed, which can be used to activate redstone devices, open iron doors, and more. What sets the Mangrove Button apart is its appearance; crafted from Mangrove Planks, it has a distinctive reddish-brown hue, differentiating it from other wooden buttons. Players can craft a Mangrove Button by placing a single Mangrove Plank in a crafting table. As a non-solid block, it can be placed on the sides, tops, or bottoms of any solid block. It is activated by player interaction or by being struck with an arrow or trident. When activated, the Mangrove Button remains active for 1.5 seconds, emitting a redstone signal. It can also be used as a furnace fuel, though it's not the most efficient option. In creative mode, players can obtain Mangrove Buttons via commands or find them directly in the creative inventory. The Mangrove Button shares all of the same redstone properties with other buttons, like being able to activate adjacent redstone components. Overall, the Mangrove Button provides players with an aesthetically pleasing and functional redstone component option.
