Mangrove Leaves

Mangrove leaves are a plant block in Minecraft, primarily obtained from mangrove trees found in the mangrove swamp biome. These leaves cannot be crafted using a crafting table or furnace; instead, players must use shears to trim them from mangrove trees. Mangrove leaves serve mainly as decoration and a source of sticks. They generate naturally on trees and decay if not directly connected to a log or via other leaves, but leaves placed by players will not decay. Mangrove leaves are transparent and diffuse skylight, changing shade of green based on the biome they are placed in. They can be waterlogged and used as a redstone component, where observers detect changes when the distance to nearby logs change. Mangrove leaves stack up to 64, can be used in composters to produce bone meal, or as fuel in furnaces.
