In Minecraft, the Mangrove Slab is a building block introduced in the Wild Update (version 1.19). It is crafted from Mangrove Planks, and crafting produces 6 Mangrove Slabs at a time. Mangrove Slabs can be used to create various items such as barrels, lecterns, composters, chiseled bookshelves, and daylight sensors. Mangrove Slabs can be obtained from the Creative inventory or crafted in Survival mode using Mangrove Planks at a crafting table. Similar to regular planks, they can be used as furnace fuel, smelting 1.5 items in a furnace. Additionally, Mangrove Slabs can be used for building and decoration, providing players with more diverse options. Mangrove Slabs are part of the Mangrove Swamp biome, a wetland biome populated with mud and mangroves, where slimes, frogs, and bogged can spawn. Mangrove Slabs are a renewable resource in the game, and can be used to make a variety of tools making the game more efficient.
