Polished Deepslate Stairs

Polished Deepslate Stairs are a decorative block in Minecraft, a variant of deepslate. They were first introduced in the Caves & Cliffs Update: Part I, offering players more diverse building options. These stairs are crafted using 6 Polished Deepslate, yielding 4 stairs per craft. Polished Deepslate Stairs are not only smoother in appearance than regular deepslate but also generate naturally in ancient cities. Players can craft Polished Deepslate Stairs using a crafting table or a stonecutter. In survival mode, deepslate needs to be collected and converted into polished deepslate before crafting the stairs. They can also be obtained directly using commands. Polished Deepslate Stairs have various uses, including building staircases, roofs, and other decorative structures. They can also be placed under note blocks to produce a bass drum sound. This block can be found in the creative inventory and can also be obtained directly by using the command `/give @p polished_deepslate_stairs 1`. The introduction of Polished Deepslate Stairs has expanded the ways deepslate can be used, providing new options for player builds.
