Polished Granite

Original Title:Polished Granite

Languages:

  • Chinese: 磨制花岗岩
  • English: Polished Granite
In Minecraft, Polished Granite and Polished Granite Slabs are blocks used for building and decoration. Polished Granite is crafted by placing four Granite blocks in a crafting table, producing four at a time. Polished Granite Slabs are crafted using three Polished Granite blocks in a crafting table, yielding six slabs at a time. Polished Granite itself is a decorative block, possessing the same blast resistance as Granite, making it a suitable substitute for building. Polished Granite Slabs are half-blocks, conveniently used for stairs and decorative elements. They cannot support torches or signs. Players can quickly climb slabs without jumping. Both Polished Granite and Polished Granite Slabs can be found in the Creative mode inventory. They also naturally generate in many ocean ruin variants. Polished Granite has a similar texture to Polished Diorite and Polished Andesite, which were introduced in the PE version before the PC version. Both blocks can produce a bass drum sound when placed under note blocks. They can also be spawned using commands. Polished Granite is primarily used for decoration, though there are plans to change this in the future.
