Scaffolding

Original Title:Scaffolding

Languages:

  • Chinese: 脚手架
  • English: Scaffolding
Scaffolding is a climbable semi-solid block in Minecraft that players can stand on without falling and can be easily placed and broken. Scaffolding allows for the quick construction of temporary structures, making it easier for players to reach high places or provide support during building. It breaks instantly without any tools, and it drops as an item if it loses support. Scaffolding is crafted using bamboo and string. When the bottom scaffolding block is destroyed, all scaffolding blocks above it break, similar to chorus plants and bamboo. In Java Edition, scaffolding can be placed in lava without being ignited, but in Bedrock Edition, scaffolding is destroyed if it is near lava or fire. Scaffolding can also be waterlogged. Players can climb up or down scaffolding by jumping or sneaking, respectively. Scaffolding can also be used as a fuel in furnaces, smelting 0.25 items per block. Scaffolding is an essential utility in Minecraft, helping players build and explore more efficiently.
