The Stone Brick Wall is a decorative building block in Minecraft, a variant of the wall made from stone bricks. It shares characteristics with other walls, such as creating boundaries that prevent players and most mobs from jumping or climbing. Stone brick walls are 1.5 blocks high but only take up the space of one block. They automatically connect to adjacent solid blocks, with the top slightly raised to support blocks above. Primarily used for decoration, they are also efficient for building fences due to their height, being more cost- and space-effective than two-block-high walls of regular blocks. Stone brick walls are crafted by placing six stone bricks in a crafting table in two rows of three. It can be found in the creative inventory or acquired via command codes in various versions of the game. Aside from standard stone brick walls, there are mossy stone brick walls, which can generate naturally in structures like ruined portals. Stone brick walls can also be placed beneath note blocks to produce a bass drum sound.
