Tuff Slab

In Minecraft, a Tuff Slab is a half-height block made from Tuff, a type of rock block. It was introduced in the 1.21 'Tricky Trials Update' as a building block. The Tuff Slab has a hardness of 1.5 and requires a pickaxe to mine. It has multiple uses, including as a building material and decorative element, and can be placed under note blocks to produce a "bass drum" sound. In Survival Mode, players can craft 6 Tuff Slabs at a time using 3 Tuff blocks in a crafting table. Additionally, there are variations of the Tuff Slab, such as Polished Tuff Slabs and Tuff Brick Slabs, which can be obtained through crafting or stonecutting. These variants have similar properties and uses, but offer different appearances, providing players with more options. Tuff Slabs are stackable and can be found in the creative inventory. They are an important building material in Minecraft, offering many possibilities.
