In Minecraft, a warped button is a redstone mechanism used to activate redstone circuits and open iron doors. It is crafted from warped planks, which come from warped forests in the Nether. Like other wooden buttons, a warped button emits a temporary redstone signal when activated by a player or hit by an arrow or trident, but it remains active for a longer duration. Unlike stone buttons, wooden buttons can be broken using any tool, dropping as an item. Warped buttons can be found in the creative inventory or crafted using a crafting table in survival mode. It is a non-solid block that can be placed on the sides, tops, or bottoms of any solid block. The warped button is similar to other buttons in the game, but its distinctive blue appearance sets it apart. In Minecraft Java Edition, buttons can be placed on top or bottom of blocks and can face any direction, whereas in Bedrock Edition, it can be attached to the top of a fence. It also has unique sounds. It can be spawned using commands, which is very handy for creative mode or users requiring large numbers of such buttons.
