  • English: Waxed Chiseled Copper
In Minecraft, waxed chiseled copper is a decorative block crafted by combining two waxed cut copper slabs. Introduced in the 1.21 Tricky Trials Update, this block, unlike regular chiseled copper, does not oxidize and turn green over time; it maintains its original copper color. You can craft waxed chiseled copper using a crafting table by placing waxed cut copper slabs in a specific pattern. Alternatively, you can find it in the creative inventory. Waxed chiseled copper serves as a building material for creating structures with a distinctive look. It has a blast resistance of 6 and a hardness of 3, requiring a stone pickaxe or better to mine, otherwise, it drops nothing. Variations include waxed weathered chiseled copper, waxed exposed chiseled copper, and waxed oxidized chiseled copper. These variations are achieved by applying honeycomb to regular chiseled copper, preserving its oxidized state and preventing further oxidation. Using an axe removes the wax, reverting it to its un-waxed state.
