Yellow Terracotta is a building block in Minecraft. It is crafted by combining 8 terracotta blocks with 1 yellow dye in a crafting table, yielding 8 yellow terracotta blocks. It primarily serves as a decorative building material, offering a vibrant yellow hue. Yellow terracotta shares the same properties as regular terracotta but is colored yellow. In Creative mode, it can be found in the inventory. In Survival mode, players must first obtain terracotta, which can be found in Badlands biomes or smelted from clay, and then obtain yellow dye, which can be crafted from dandelions or sunflowers. To craft, place 8 terracotta blocks around the perimeter of a crafting table, with the yellow dye in the center, resulting in 8 yellow terracotta blocks. Additionally, yellow terracotta can be obtained using commands, but cheats must be enabled. Aside from building, yellow terracotta can be smelted to create yellow glazed terracotta.
