Arrow of The Turtle Master

The Arrow of the Turtle Master is a special arrow in Minecraft that, upon hitting a target, applies the Slowness IV and Resistance III effects for 2 seconds. This reduces the target's movement speed by 60% and decreases the damage they take. This arrow can be crafted by combining 8 regular arrows with 1 Lingering Potion of the Turtle Master at a crafting table. The Lingering Potion of the Turtle Master itself is brewed using a turtle shell, an awkward potion and nether wart. Players can also acquire the Arrow of the Turtle Master directly in creative mode or generate it using commands. The Arrow of the Turtle Master is useful in PVP and when facing high-damage monsters as it effectively reduces the enemy's mobility and damage output. However, its short duration requires players to use it strategically.
