Bamboo
Bamboo is a versatile, fast-growing plant in Minecraft, primarily found in jungle biomes. It has multiple uses, including crafting items like scaffolding and bamboo wood, serving as fuel for smelting, and breeding pandas. A bamboo shoot is the initial non-solid sapling form of planted bamboo. While unobtainable through vanilla means in Java Edition, it can be acquired in Bedrock Edition through add-ons or inventory editing. Bamboo can be mined with any tool, but a sword breaks it instantly. Bamboo generates sparsely in jungle biomes and much more densely in bamboo jungle variants. It is dropped by pandas upon death and can be found while fishing in jungle biomes. Bamboo can be planted on various blocks, and bone meal can accelerate its growth. It can also be used as smelting fuel and is crucial for panda breeding. The appearance of bamboo changes as it grows, from a shoot to a mature stalk, with changes in leaf placement and thickness. Additionally, bamboo can be placed in flower pots as a decoration.
