Bowl
In Minecraft, a bowl is a fundamental container primarily used for holding food items. Players can acquire bowls through various methods, including crafting them from wooden planks, obtaining them as junk items while fishing, or as drops from turtles struck by lightning. While bowls themselves are not edible, they are essential for crafting various food items, such as mushroom stew, beetroot soup, and rabbit stew. Once a food-filled bowl is consumed, it becomes an empty bowl, ready for reuse. Additionally, bowls can be used as fuel in furnaces, although they are not very efficient, smelting 0.5 items per bowl in Java Edition and 1 item per bowl in Bedrock Edition. Bowls may also be used in additional crafting recipes in mods. It is a common, stackable item in the game, which is convenient for players to carry and use. Bowls are also used to interact with mooshrooms, yielding mushroom stew or suspicious stew, providing a quick way to restore hunger and saturation.
