Dragon's Breath

Dragon's Breath is a rare and crucial item in Minecraft, introduced in the 1.9 Combat Update. It's a pink-purple gas obtained by collecting the Ender Dragon's breath attack or the purple particles it emits after being defeated in the End dimension using empty glass bottles. Dragon's Breath's primary use is as a brewing ingredient to transform splash potions into lingering potions. Lingering potions, when thrown, create a potion effect cloud that lasts for 30 seconds, affecting any entity that passes through it. Additionally, Dragon's Breath is used to craft tipped arrows, imbuing arrows with potion effects for ranged attacks. As the Ender Dragon can be respawned, Dragon's Breath is a renewable resource. Strategically, it offers area-of-effect potion benefits, crucial for both healing allies and damaging enemies. Dragon's Breath is also used in crafting end crystals, vital for respawning the Ender Dragon, providing players with more opportunities to collect the item.
