Firework Rocket

The Firework Rocket is an item and entity in Minecraft, primarily used for creating decorative explosions, boosting when flying with elytra, and as ammunition for crossbows. Players can obtain firework rockets through crafting, with flight duration and explosion effects adjustable by adding different amounts of gunpowder and firework stars during crafting. In Creative Mode, pre-set fireworks with no explosion effect and various colors are available. Firework rockets can be launched by hand, dispensers, or crossbows. When flying with elytra, using firework rockets provides propulsion. In combat, firework rockets with explosion effects can inflict damage on enemies. The explosion effects of firework rockets depend on the firework stars used during crafting, creating explosions of varying shapes and colors. The flight height is also related to the amount of gunpowder used. Beyond decoration and flight, villagers also set off fireworks to celebrate after successfully defending a village from a raid.
