Potion of Decay

The Potion of Decay is a special potion in Minecraft, exclusive to Bedrock Edition and not found in Java Edition. This potion inflicts the Wither effect on players or mobs, similar to poison but more potent, as the Wither effect continuously damages the target until death, unlike poison. The Potion of Decay cannot be brewed through conventional means; players can only acquire it through the Creative Mode inventory, console commands, or by using third-party mods. In Creative Mode, players can find it under the equipment category in the inventory. The command `/give @p potion 1 36` can be used to give a Potion of Decay to the nearest player. Potion of Decay can also be brewed in Survival Mode through some mods. In the RLCraft mod, it can be brewed using wither bone with mundane potion or fermented spider eye with a potion of regeneration. Moreover, Potion of Decay has several variants, such as extended, enhanced, and lingering, which are made by adding redstone dust and glowstone dust.
