  • English: Shelter Pottery Sherd
The Shelter Pottery Sherd is an item introduced in the Minecraft 1.20 "Trails & Tales" update. It cannot be crafted using a crafting table or furnace, and must be found within the game. This pottery sherd depicts an acacia tree and is primarily found in suspicious sand within warm ocean ruins. It is one of 23 different pottery sherd variants used to craft decorated pots, creating unique patterns in combination with other pottery sherds and bricks. In Creative mode, it can be found directly in the inventory. In Survival mode, players need to use a brush to dig it out from suspicious sand or gravel. A decorated pot made with the Shelter Pottery Sherd will display a tree pattern. Furthermore, these pottery sherds can be obtained using commands, with different commands for various versions of Minecraft. Breaking a decorated pot with a tool not enchanted with Silk Touch will return the pottery sherds and bricks used to craft the pot, while using a Silk Touch tool allows for the entire pot to be reclaimed.
