Splash Mundane Potion

In Minecraft, the Splash Mundane Potion is a potion with no effect, created by adding gunpowder to a regular Mundane Potion. Like the regular Mundane Potion, this splash potion has no effect on its own, but serves as a base for other potions. The most common use for it is adding a fermented spider eye to the Splash Mundane Potion to create a Splash Potion of Weakness. It's important to note that you cannot make a Splash Mundane Potion by adding redstone dust to a water bottle and then adding gunpowder; it must be based on an existing Mundane Potion. Players create Splash Mundane Potions by combining gunpowder and a Mundane Potion at a brewing stand. While it has no use on its own, it's a crucial intermediate step to more important potions. In short, the Splash Mundane Potion is an intermediary for crafting more advanced potions.
