Splash Potion of Strength

A Splash Potion of Strength in Minecraft is a throwable potion that provides a temporary strength boost to players and mobs. It is crafted by adding gunpowder to a regular Potion of Strength. When thrown, it explodes on impact, applying the strength effect to any entities within the blast radius, increasing their melee attack damage. In Java Edition, the strength effect increases melee damage by 3 times the level, while Bedrock Edition uses a slightly different calculation. Splash Potions of Strength come in different versions with durations ranging from 2 minutes and 15 seconds to 3 minutes. There is also a more potent version called 'Splash Potion of Strength II' that provides a greater damage boost, albeit for a shorter duration. These potions are primarily used in combat, significantly enhancing a player's melee damage output to defeat enemies or gain an advantage in PVP battles. They can also be further processed into lingering potions which create a cloud of strength effect for more efficient use on the battlefield.
