Ender Crystal

The End Crystal is an entity in Minecraft, primarily found on the main island of the End dimension. They are typically located on bedrock atop obsidian pillars and serve as a healing source for the Ender Dragon. End Crystals can be crafted by players or found naturally in the End. They can only be placed on obsidian or bedrock and explode instantly when attacked or damaged. Their main purpose is to recharge the health of the Ender Dragon by emitting a beam that heals nearby dragons. Additionally, players can use End Crystals to respawn the Ender Dragon by placing four on the sides of the End portal. End Crystal explosions are powerful, comparable to a charged creeper's explosion, and although the blast effect can be neutralized with water, damage and knockback persist. In Java Edition, shields can block the explosion, while in Bedrock Edition, disabling mob griefing prevents block destruction. End Crystals exist in two forms: one with a base and one without, the base being made of bedrock.
