Frog
In Minecraft, frogs are passive mobs primarily found in swamp and mangrove swamp biomes. They consume small slimes and magma cubes, and they produce different colored froglights when they eat magma cubes, depending on the frog type. There are three types of frogs: temperate, warm, and cold, determined by the biome in which tadpoles grow. Frogs exhibit unique behaviors, such as slow hopping on land and fast swimming in water, they can also jump up to 8 blocks high and take reduced fall damage. For breeding, players can use slimeballs to lure frogs and feed two frogs slimeballs to make them enter love mode. This will cause a frog to lay frogspawn, which hatches into tadpoles that eventually grow into frogs. Notably, tadpoles are considered a different mob from frogs. Frogs attack small slimes and magma cubes with their tongues, and when they attack small magma cubes, they drop froglights. Frogs are not only cute creatures in the game, but they also provide froglights, an important light source, which brings convenience to players' survival and construction.
