Giant
In Minecraft, the Giant is an unused, oversized mob that resembles a zombie, but is six times larger than a regular zombie. Giants do not spawn naturally as they require a light level both less than 8 and greater than 11, making it impossible for them to spawn via mob spawners. However, players can spawn them using commands such as `/summon minecraft:giant`. Giants have no artificial intelligence (AI), so they always face south and do not move, turn their heads, chase players, or react to damage. They drop 5 experience points and have a chance to drop equipment. Giants are not undead mobs; therefore, they do not burn in sunlight and are damaged by harming potions. Despite their massive size, they cannot pick up or break blocks and cannot be knocked back. Due to their unused nature, giants are often considered an unfinished or abandoned feature. It briefly appeared in earlier versions but was later removed from AI and is unable to spawn naturally. In some versions, giant spawn eggs can be obtained via external modifications, but attempting to use them may crash the game.
