Parrot

Parrots are tameable passive mobs in Minecraft that primarily spawn in jungle biomes. They come in five different colors: red, blue, green, cyan, and gray. Parrots can imitate the sounds of nearby mobs, including hostile ones, often at a higher pitch. They can be tamed by feeding them seeds, after which they will follow the player and can perch on the player's shoulders. A player can carry one parrot on each shoulder. Parrots enjoy music, and they will dance when near a jukebox playing music. Notably, in the Java edition, feeding a parrot a cookie will instantly kill it, producing poison particles, referencing the toxicity of chocolate to parrots. Parrots cannot breed and drop 1-2 feathers upon death. Parrots also appear as pets in Minecraft: Story Mode, with various color variations.
