Villager
In Minecraft, villagers are passive mobs that inhabit villages, engage in various professions, and trade with players. Their appearance varies based on their profession and the biome they live in. Villagers acquire their professions through specific job site blocks, such as composters for farmers and bookshelves for librarians. They can be traded with, allowing players to exchange emeralds for various items, which is crucial for acquiring resources in the game. Villagers can also breed, increasing the population of their villages. To protect them from hostile mobs like zombies, players often construct houses, fences, and lighting, or create iron golems for defense. Villagers are divided into employed and unemployed villagers, with the latter seeking workplaces, while "nitwits" have no profession and cannot trade. Villagers exhibit behaviors such as exploring villages during the day and seeking shelter at night. They also socialize with each other. When villagers are attacked by zombies, there's a chance they turn into zombie villagers, but they can be cured using weakness potions and golden apples.
